Hey, I'm Xavier.

The room where all of this started.

I'm 16, and Roomed started in my bedroom — because I was tired of my room looking like everyone else's. Same gray bedding, same bare walls, same nothing. Every store sold decor that was either boring, overpriced, or clearly designed by someone three times my age.

So I started making my own.

Every rug in this store is my design. They start as ideas in my head — the "Shoes Off" rug, the 8-Ball rug, the 3 Dice — and get designed from my drawings. The rest of the catalog (the sunset lamp, the puck lights, the bonsai) is hand-picked: pieces I found, tested, and kept because they make a room feel finished instead of just furnished.

The Roomed Standard

Every product gets tested in my own room before it gets sold. If it doesn't make my room better, it doesn't make the store — that's the whole quality process, and it's why the catalog is small on purpose.
