Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Roomed. Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of Roomed.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. No exceptions will be made for late requests.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Packaging: It must be in the original, unopened packaging with all tags, seals, and protective films intact. Items showing any signs of wear, scent (perfume/smoke), or alteration will be rejected.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

  • Items purchased during a sale or using a discount code (Final Sale).

  • Gift cards.

  • Perishable goods, intimate/sanitary items, or hazardous materials.

4. The Return Process

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the shipping address on the package.

  • Authorization: You must email roomedofficial@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without prior authorization will be forfeited.

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Risk of Loss: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not liable for items lost in transit.

5. Inspection and Restocking Fees

Once your return is received, it will undergo a manual inspection.

  • We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item does not meet our strict quality standards.

  • All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.

6. Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 business days. Please note that banks may take additional time to post the transaction to your account.
