Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Roomed. We aim to provide transparency and clarity regarding how we process and ship your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (usually shipped the next day). Orders may be not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a notification via email with your tracking information.

2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Windows

To keep our prices competitive, we ship directly from our international fulfillment centers in China. Please note the following estimated delivery times:

  • United States, Canada, & United Kingdom: 7–20 business days.

  • Worldwide: 7–25 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

3. Tracking Information

You will receive a tracking number via email within 3 business days of placing your order. You can track your package through our tracking page or via global tracking sites like 17track.net.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Roomed is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Delayed or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are delayed due to factors outside of our control (such as customs delays, postal strikes, or severe weather).

  • Package Marked as "Delivered": If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received it, please contact the local carrier directly to investigate. We cannot issue refunds for packages marked as "Delivered."

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Multiple Shipments

For orders containing multiple items, you may receive separate packages at different times. This is done to ensure the fastest possible delivery from our various fulfillment locations.

7. Confirmation of Agreement

By completing a purchase at Roomed, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping timeframes and terms outlined in this policy.
